RESERVATION POLICY
FULL PAYMENT | At Cliff & Max, we strive to provide a calm and tranquil tea experience for our guests. Full payment of RM 230 per person is required to guarantee the booking confirmation for this experience. Kindly note that the payment is strictly Non-Refundable for cancellations and no-shows.
TIME SLOTS | Each tea kaiseki experience has a two-hour seating duration. We kindly ask that you honour your reservation time. To ensure a comfortable seating experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier to the experience. For any unforeseen delays, kindly let us know in advance by IG DM or calling/whatsapp us at +6017 647 4388.
EXPERIENCE | In the tea salon, we wish to provide a sense of wellness and tranquility in the space. In consideration of other guests, we kindly ask that you quiet down your thoughts, minimise photo taking and lower down your speech volume while enjoying the process of slow-living and mindfulness through the sips of tea and desserts.
PETS | If you wish to bring your furry friend to the tea room, kindly Instagram DM us prior to making reservations. We allow bringing pets indoor on non-peak hours (Friday morning 11.30am slot, Saturday & Sunday 4.45pm slot) to ensure a comfortable tea experience for all guests. We practice a strict pet policy of one guest one small pet (below 8kg) policy. Pets above 8kg can be seated outdoor. Kindly leave a reservation note that you'll be bringing a pet when making a reservation.
CHILDREN | The tea salon experience is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age, and our environment is not safe and conducive to children. We reserve the right to refuse entry on groups with children. We ask for your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide a comfortable ambience for all our guests.
