Return Policy

We get it, some things just doesn’t work for you… and it’s totally fine! Any item can be refunded as long as it is returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. All items are inspected on return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment and it may take up to 14-30 business days for your refund to be processed and verified.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We're unable to waive or refund them.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary. Please allow a full 14 working days from date item is returned for it to be processed. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service as all transport risk is borne by the sender. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
