Any/Only damaged or wrong item can be refunded/redelivered as long as it is being reported to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, do send us photos of the item upon receipt.
We will then send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed via the original method of payment and it may take up to 14-30 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. If you opt for redelivery, do allow up to 7-14 working days for us to process the order for you.
