HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above RM 50 within Peninsular (West) Malaysia. For East Malaysia, orders above RM 100 will be entitled for FREE SHIPPING too. For customers outside of Malaysia, standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed in MYR at checkout.

DO YOU HAVE LOCAL PICKUP?

*Local pickup services will not be available throughout the MCO period. This service will resume again once the MCO is lifted. 

Yes. We do have FREE local pickup at SS 4c/5, Petaling Jaya, Selangor every Monday (2-4pm) or Thursday (8-10pm). If you can't wait to receive your products, just choose LOCAL PICKUP at checkout and you can pick it up as quick as 2 days after purchase. An email will be sent to you to reconfirm pickup time slots within 24 hours.

DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes. But due to COVID-19 pandemic, we currently only ship to Singapore. Standard shipping charges will be calculated and displayed in MYR at checkout. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Your order should arrive within 7-14 working days, depending on location. This excludes weekends and public holidays because let's be real, we want to rest on weekends too. So your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Regular delivery timeframe does not account for custom delay outside of our control.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Email me at hello@cliffandmax.com where you can send our team your details including your order number and address to be delivered to. Be sure to name your email subject line to 'URGENT CHANGE ADDRESS PLEASEEE' for our team to take URGENT action.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We engage third party courier partners to deliver your orders. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, and our courier partner will contact you separately with the tracking information for your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we're unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use FPX (eGHL payment gateway) on our website. We accept payment via credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa), Online Banking, eWallet (GrabPay, MaybankQR, Boost & TouchNGo) and PayPal.

We also accept manual payment via online transfer or offline cash deposit to our bank account. Just choose 'Bank Deposit' at checkout and we will send you an email for instructions to complete your payment. 

We use Shopify Payments processor, which is very reliable and safe.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to offer returns within 7 days from receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred so make sure they're packed up properly and shipped using a tracked service as the sender bears all transport risk.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

You are responsible for paying these fees, and we're unable to waive or refund them. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and shipped using a tracked service as the sender bears all transport risk.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM? 

Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange for our product. You may request a return and place a new order on our site. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

We're so sorry about that! Do drop us an email at hello@cliffandmax.com with a photo of the products and order number, and we'll get back to you asap.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but there can be a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please email us at hello@cliffandmax.com so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
