SHIPPING OPERATING HOURS
Monday and Tuesday: Off Day
All orders made on the same week will be processed on Wednesday and will be shipped out on Friday. Orders made after Friday will be shipped out the following Friday.
For urgent deliveries or express next-day delivery (fees to be bourned by customer), do email us or IG DM us prior making the order.
West Malaysia (Peninsular)
To reduce carbon footprint, we encourage Free Store Pick-up at our Cliff & Max Retail Store Ara Damansara, from Friday to Sunday, 11am to 6pm.
Alternatively, we offer Free Standard Local Shipping (3-5 working days for delivery) for all orders above RM 200 (MYR). There will be a flat-rate standard delivery charge of RM12 for orders below RM 200.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
For East Malaysia, enjoy FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM 300 (MYR).
There will be a flat-rate delivery charge of RM30 for orders below RM 300.
International
We currently only ship orders to Singapore. For orders above RM500 will enjoy FREE delivery to Singapore. Tracked and registered service mail will be used to ensure safe delivery of all our orders.

We engage third party courier partners to deliver your orders. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, and our courier partner will contact you separately with the tracking information for your order.

- Peninsular Malaysia:
- Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: estimated 4 - 5 working days
- Outside KL: estimated 6 - 8 working days
- East Malaysia. 7 - 14 working days
- International. 10 - 20 working days
Regular delivery timeframe does not account for custom delay outside of our control. Do note that there may be shipping delays prior/during festive periods.
