West Malaysia (Peninsular)

We offer Free Standard Local Shipping (3-5 working days) for all orders above RM 100 (MYR).

There will be a flat-rate standard delivery charge of RM8 for orders below RM 100. 

*For local pickup service or express next-day delivery (fees to be bourned by customer), do email us or IG DM us for more information.

 

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)

We know shipping fees can be a turn-off, that's why we offer FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM 250 (MYR).

There will be a flat-rate delivery charge of RM25 for orders below RM 250. 

 

International

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we currently only ship orders to Singapore. Tracked and registered service mail will be used to ensure safe delivery of all our orders.

(All Singapore deliveries will be shipped out every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any order made after Wednesday 12pm will be shipped out on the following Tuesday)

We engage third party courier partners to deliver your orders. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, and our courier partner will contact you separately with the tracking information for your order.

 

An estimate for when you can expect your order:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 
    • Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: estimated 4 - 5 working days
    • Outside KL: estimated 6 - 8 working days
  • East Malaysia. 7 - 14 working days
  • International.  10 - 20 working days

 

This excludes weekends and public holidays because let's be real, we want to rest on weekends too! So your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Regular delivery timeframe does not account for custom delay outside of our control. Do note that there may be shipping delays prior/during festive periods.
