Created in collaboration with Psychotic Operator, this one-night communal dining experience brings together 10 courses of savoury tapas and handcrafted desserts, celebrating the best of local harvests, seasonal ingredients, and the versatility of tea.

Each dish is thoughtfully created around the character of a tea, whether inspired by its aroma, flavour profile, origin, or brewing style. Expect vibrant produce sourced with the seasons, familiar local ingredients reimagined through a contemporary lens, and a menu that reflects the creativity of both teams.

Alongside every course is a carefully selected tea pairing from Cliff & Max, chosen to complement and elevate each bite. Rather than simply replacing wine, the teas become an integral part of the dining experience, revealing new layers of flavour with every pairing.

Served around a shared table, the evening invites guests to slow down over beautifully crafted food, exceptional teas, and unhurried conversations.
