Our Gyokuro Tea Experience invites you to discover one of Japan’s most prized green teas, Gyokuro — cultivated in shade, hand-harvested, and celebrated for its rich umami and gentle sweetness, as well as Gyokuro Hojicha, lightly roasted Gyokuro leaves that combine the tea’s delicate umami with warm, nutty aromas.
From the careful preparation at low temperatures to the first concentrated sip, each stage is guided with intention. You’ll be shown how both teas are traditionally brewed, how to appreciate Gyokuro’s silky texture and oceanic notes alongside the roasted warmth of Gyokuro Hojicha, and how to savor the quiet beauty of each infusion. Paired with delicate seasonal sweets, the experience highlights harmony between flavor, aroma, and stillness.

Reservation Guidelines

Arrival Time
We kindly ask that you honour your reservation time. To ensure a smooth and comfortable seating experience for all our guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Reservations will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. -
Delays & Rescheduling
For any unforeseen circumstances, kindly inform us in advance via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+6017 647 4388). Guests are entitled to one reschedule only, which must be arranged at least 24 hours before the experience and is subject to the next available date. -
Cancellations & No-Shows
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation or failure to attend will result in the booking being forfeited. -
House Policy
For the comfort of all guests, no pets and no children under 12 are allowed during the tea experience.
