Rooted in Japanese seasonal traditions, yuzu has long been used during the winter solstice and New Year period as a symbol of luck, health, protection, and prosperity. Its bright citrus scent marks the transition into a new year with clarity, warmth, and renewed vitality.

In this workshop, you’ll explore the cultural symbolism of yuzu through scent, tea, and mindful crafting—reimagining an ancient seasonal custom into a modern moment of self-care.

Begin with a quiet tea ritual featuring a yuzu-infused tea paired with seasonal yuzu wagashi, setting the tone for reflection and renewal. This is followed by a guided ritual practice, where you’ll create your own yuzu bath salt and body oil centred on intention and renewal.

Create Your Own Ritual Set
Craft a personalised ritual set inspired by the traditional yuzu-yu bath:

• Yuzu Bath Salt (60g)

• Yuzu Body Oil (20ml)

Each blend is created with intention, drawing from the symbolic cleansing and protective qualities of yuzu.

This workshop reimagines the traditional yuzu-yu practice into a contemporary wellness experience, inviting you to welcome the New Year through scent, tea, and mindful creation.

Duration: Each tea experience lasts around 1 hour, giving you the perfect balance of tasting and quiet enjoyment.

Reservation Guidelines

• Arrival Time
  We kindly ask that you honour your reservation time. To ensure a smooth and comfortable seating experience for all our guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Reservations will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time.

• Delays & Rescheduling
  For any unforeseen circumstances, kindly inform us in advance via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+6017 647 4388). Guests are entitled to one reschedule only, which must be arranged at least 24 hours before the experience and is subject to the next available date.

• Cancellations & No-Shows
  All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation or failure to attend will result in the booking being forfeited.

• House Policy
  For the comfort of all guests, no pets and no children under 12 are allowed during the tea experience.
