The ritual begins with selecting your favourite Cliff & Max scent — a choice that reveals a crystal. Both the scent and the crystal carry intentional meanings that resonate with your present mood, reflecting your inner landscape and gently revealing what you are seeking at this moment.

This then leads into a tea selection that aligns with your chosen scent and crystal. As the tea brews, you are invited to sip mindfully, holding an intention or question in your heart. When the cup or teapot is nearly empty, the leaves settle into unique patterns and symbols, each carrying a message and becoming the oracle of the leaves.

More than a reading, it becomes a quiet practice of self-reflection, with your chosen tea as a grounding companion.

Duration: Each tea discovery lasts approximately 1 hour, providing the perfect balance of tasting and quiet enjoyment.

Reservation Guidelines

• Arrival Time
  We kindly ask that you honour your reservation time. To ensure a smooth and comfortable seating experience for all our guests, please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Reservations will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time.

• Delays & Rescheduling
  For any unforeseen circumstances, kindly inform us in advance via Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+6017 647 4388). Guests are entitled to one reschedule only, which must be arranged at least 24 hours before the experience and is subject to the next available date.

• Cancellations & No-Shows
  All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation or failure to attend will result in the booking being forfeited.

• House Policy
  For the comfort of all guests, no pets and no children under 12 are allowed during the tea experience.
